After reviewing your request and utilizing the contact information you supplied, you will receive email from lcs@kwakkenbos-group.com or rowena@kwakkenbos-group.com for the next set of instructions to initiate the processing of your papers, and we will request that you complete the questionnaire provided.

Step 3 - Visa Consulting Call

We will send you the draft of the required documents, and then within some minutes of calling, we will review your requirements, application form, etc.

Step 4 - Review all the Gathered Documents then Submit

You will need to print, review, and submit the documents you received from us. We can only make changes to your itinerary details twice for FREE.

1. Is the FEE refundable – Visa Application Service?

A refund can be given before consultation services have begun. There are no refunds once we have commenced our consultation service. Any bank/transaction fees incurred by us will be deducted from any refund.

2. What are the risks of doing this?

There is ABSOLUTELY no risk. From the booking to the cancellation, we take charge of everything.

3. Is it recognized in all countries/embassies/immigration?

YES! It is a legitimate flight reservation and hotel booking confirmation so it is recognized worldwide.

4. Where do you get the flight reservation

We get it ONLY from our partner travel agency who book legitimate tickets from accredited airlines. You will get the name of the company after you pay the fees.

5. Is it better than booking the flight and hotels on my own?

Yes. Booking the flight and hotels on your own takes a lot of time researching for book now and pay later options. It involves a risk too such as forgetting to cancel the reservation and paying the price in full.

6. What if there’s a mistake on my flight reservation?

Don’t worry, you can change it up to 3 times within 3 days – the airport, dates, and the spelling of your name. Not changing the name from one person to another! (Don’t be too cheeky!)

7. Can I make a reservation for somebody else?

Sure! Just indicate their personal details on the Flight Reservation Form.

8. Can I make a reservation for several countries?

Definitely! We book flights worldwide.
